-Tea earl grey with oats, walnuts and fruits (banana, apple, blueberries). You can add a little vanilla extract.
-Salad with edamame, avocado, grated carrot and light sauce with ginger.
-Toast with salmon and vegetables. Bake a large slice of bread, put a salmon fillet over it and then add cherry tomatoes, fennel, chicory and a few slices of lemon.
