The soup diet: Lose 12 pounds in 14 days!


The results are miraculous and are based on the following soup recipe for basic fat burning.

Attention! This diet were followed by overweight heart patients before entering the operating room. The results are miraculous and based on the following recipe, but should not be applied with such rigor in case there is no need.




The recipe of basic fat burning soup

– 16 great green onions

– 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (one whole and one sliced)

-1 large cabbage

-2 green peppers

-1 bunch celery

-1 package of onion soup mix (Knorr)

-1 large carrot

-salt and pepper

Cut vegetables into small or medium pieces and cover with water. Rapid boil for 10 minutes, then simmer until the vegetables keep their shape. This soup can be eaten whenever you feel hungry. Eat whenever you want and in whatever quantity you want as well. The more you eat the more weight you lose. On a given day you should eat all the foods like soup. Otherwise you may suffer from malnutrition.

DAY 1: Only fruits (except bananas) and soup.

DAY 2: Only vegetables and soup. Eat as many fresh or canned vegetables you can sate. Try to eat green leafy vegetables (but not beans, peas or corn). Do not eat any fruits.

DAY 3: Eat as much soup, fruits and vegetables you want. If you have followed three days as specified above, you’ve already lost 2.5 to 3.5 pounds.

DAY 4: Bananas, skim milk, soup and as many glasses of water you drink (up to 3 bananas and 3 glasses of skim milk). Milk and bananas are rich in calories and carbohydrates, but from this very day the body needs potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to reduce the earnest desire for sweets.

DAY 5: Beef and tomatoes. You should eat 300-600 grams beef and 1 can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 5-6 glasses of water can help to flush uric acid from your body. Eat all the soup at least once a day.

DAY 6: Beef or chicken and vegetables, but not boiled potatos. Eat two or three steaks with green leafy vegetables. Be sure that you eat at least once a soup.

DAY 7: Brown rice, fresh fruit, juice and vegetables and at least once a soup.

At the end of the 7 days, if you do not deviate from this diet, you will lose 6-7.5 kg. If you lose more than 7.5 kg avoid diet for two days before restarting it. On the first day of this 7 day diet plan you can apply it as often as you desire.

Avoid diet for at least 24 hours before consuming alcohol.
Forbidden: bread, frozen foods, alcohol, soft drinks (including arbitration).
