You will need:

1 tablespoon milk powder

1 tablespoon almond oil

hot water




Fill a bowl halfway with warm water and add milk and almond oil.

Mix them to melt the powder and become a mix with almond oil and then put your feet in the water and let them soak for 20 minutes.

Make a gentle massage on your feet for 10 minutes to increase the blood circulation and then rinse with warm water.

You will immediately feel your legs more relaxed!
